US Military Maintenance – Suburban Philadelphia is a Veteran-owned commercial maintenance and janitorial service company based in the Delaware Valley.

Our GOAL is to offer the best possible cleaning services, and honor our veterans at the same time by providing them gainful employments in line with military discipline; as you know, all US veterans are taught from the first day of boot camp to keep everything military clean. White glove inspections were the order of the day. Let’s put a dent in our local veteran unemployment problem together. Help us to give a job to US veterans who have served honorably and are now work ready.

We are part of the US Military Maintenance Network of commercial janitorial companies, a nationwide initiative to employ US veterans in the commercial maintenance industry. We are looking for Companies that want to participate in this program so that we can hire and train local work ready US veterans to maintain the professional image that your company deserves.

When you allow us to serve you, we will use the social media infrastructure of HirePatriots to inform everyone of your assistance in the fight to end veteran unemployment. Also note that 5% of all revenues for US Military Maintenance – Suburban Philadelphia, under the guidance of the USMM, is donated back to HirePatriots and Patriotic Hearts, both 501(c)3 non-profit entities that are dedicated to cause of ending veterans' unemployment in our country.

  • Carpet Cleaning - Almost every dwelling in this country has carpeting and we are here to get it clean.
  • Commercial - Small single offices to entire business parks, small private schools to large universities, warehouses, retail centers, restaurants/bars, etc.
  • Real Estate - Rentals, Rehabs (Fix-and-Flips), Open Houses, and Foreclosures; we will get it all clean and ready to sell.
  • Industrial - We can handle your interior and exterior cleaning; post-construction cleanup, factory cleanup, warehouse maintenance, etc.
  • Special/Preventive Maintenance - Let's help you set up a program that’s best for you: segment, regular, routine, and/or periodic cleaning. We cover spot cleaning, deep cleaning, window wash, power wash, general cleaning, emergency cleaning, etc.

Our military is taught from day one that they must have pride in oneself, in their unit and in their country. Everything must be cleaned and inspection-ready in order to maintain the health and welfare of all others. We will apply this same military philosophy while maintaining your property. Our veterans and their families will ensure that your property is cleaned to your satisfaction, and while doing so we will help put an end to veterans' unemployment in our area.

My name is Matt Cresta. I served as an active duty Infantryman in the U.S. Army overseas and in the Pa. Army and Air National Guard. I also spent twenty-years as a police officer so I understand the importance of service to the Country and the Community. With USMM I want to provide excellent service to customers, but more importantly my goal is to provide a sustainable wage to Veteran’s looking to be productive when they transition back to the civilian world. Our Veterans’ have valuable skills and experiences that make them an incredible asset to our communities. This is why I joined US Military Maintenance so that I could support our troops and the communities they live in the best way I know how.

Assessment: It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done – and usually it's not as bad as you think. We'll let you know how long it's going to take and what it's going to require.
The Move: If you want everything to be really clean, we'll start by removing any of the furniture we can. There's no sense in hiding a stain with an ottoman when we can just remove it from the very start!
